- Walking Tour in archeological sites and museums of Thessaloniki Friday, Sept. 29, 2023.
Gala Dinner
Gala Dinner will be held at Porto Palace Hotel. Attendance is optional with an extra fee of 50 Euros.
Cancellation
A 100€ fee will be charged for cancellations before August 20th, 2023.
Cancellations claims after August 21st, 2023 will not be refunded.

Payment must be received by the due dates indicated above to receive the specified discounts; Otherwise, the next level of payment will be charged.
Only registered conference participants may attend daytime meeting sessions and events. Participants are advised to procure their own travel insurance as the organizing Committee cannot assume responsibility for personal accidents, sickness, theft, or property damage.
